Order & Payment Questions
Why didn’t I receive an Order Confirmation email?
If you do not receive the order confirmation message within a few minutes of your purchase, please check your Junk or Spam folder. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact Customer Service at service@lussoepelle.com.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled if they haven’t been shipped yet. To cancel, contact us at info@lussoepelle.com. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Can I change an item or color after placing an order?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@lussoepelle.com to request changes. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we will help adjust it. Otherwise, changes won’t be possible.
How long does it take for a refund to show up on my credit card?
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 5-15 business days to appear on your card. If needed, contact your bank or reach out to us for assistance.
Shipping & Delivery Questions
How much does delivery cost?
We offer FREE delivery on orders over $99. For orders under $9or express delivery, charges may vary. You’ll see the options during checkout.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Processing time: 2-3 business days for order verification, quality check, and packaging.
Shipping time: 7-14 business days for standard delivery. Express options are faster.
How do I track my order?
Log in to your Lusso E Pelle account, go to “My Orders,” and select the relevant order number to track. You will also receive a delivery confirmation via email. For questions, contact us at info@lussoepelle.com.
Product & Quality Questions
Are the colors on the site accurate?
We do our best to ensure the colors are accurate, but actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. If you have concerns, feel free to contact Customer Service at info@lussoepelle.com.
What if I receive a wrong order or item?
If you receive an incorrect item or your order is incomplete, please contact us at info@lussoepelle.com, and we’ll make it right as soon as possible.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item is damaged, contact us within 30 days at info@lussoepelle.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item if I don’t want it?
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Note that custom or special-order items are non-returnable, and returned items must be in their original condition.
How long does it take for a refund?
Once your returned item is received, we process refunds within 3-5 business days, and your bank may take another 5-15 business days to reflect the credit.
